Online appointments will be reviewed & approved, changed, or rejected by a member of our staff after you completely fill out the form.

If you do not receive an email, call or text from us either confirming or adjusting, your appointment may have not been received by us on our end!

If you are booking for highlight or color services please consider that a hair stylist needs more time for painted balayage, fashion colors (pink, silver, rainbow, etc), or if you have very long or thick hair. We understand that life happens! Please call the salon as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Clients who have a history of cancelling appointments last minute, no-showing, or rescheduling multiple times may result in the front desk restricting your bookings to either same day walk-in appointments, or require a deposit in advance. This will be done at our discretion, and we will notify you in advance.
