Our COVID-19 Response

We are closely following guidance from state, municipal, and industry health authorities, here are some of the rules and guidelines we have put in place. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this time. Things are constantly subject to change, so we will update our guidelines as we are able, and as we feel it is safe for our clients and staff.

What you need to know as a client regarding your upcoming appointment:

Face Masks

Masks are not required for vaccinated individuals. We do request that unvaccinated clients please wear a mask to the salon. If you would like your stylist to wear a mask or would like accommodations, please give the front desk a call and we will find a solution in order to ensure everyone can be comfortable in our salon! We care about making you feel comfortable at our shop.

You must reschedule your appointment if you are sick, have sick family members at home; have symptoms of possible COVID-19. Clients who do not seem well (lots of coughing, sneezing, etc) at their appointment may be asked to reschedule.

Staff Safety Measures

While we are no longer requiring masks if the COVID-19 status changes per the CDC we WILL return to mask requirements. We are still following all cleaning regimens and if you request, your stylist can be masked while doing your hair. If you are immunocompromised or have masking concerns, please talk to the front desk when booking your appointment. There are accommodations that can be made for you to feel safe and secure while getting your services done.

Gloves are also available when needed. All employees must wash their hands frequently and thoroughly, including before and after each client, using an adequate supply of hot water with soap. Between each appointment, stylists will have time to sanitize tools, stations, sinks, etc. before the appointment.

No employee displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will be permitted to be in the facility.
An employee who becomes sick while at work should be immediately sent home.
No person may work within 72 hours of exhibiting fever.
